This is how it works!
TRANSITION/Prior to Service... We understand the process and will help to make the transition smooth and hassle free. We will perform a final walk through of your facility to include the management, supervisors, and crew members in order to review all specifics on your scope of work.
INCEPTION/Crews in Action... From the moment our skilled crews move into action, our Supervisors will oversee the cleaning process to ensure all your specific requests are addressed. We have set in place an internal corporate structure, from thoroughly trained crew members on proper cleaning techniques, to strong management & skilled supervisors who guide & direct our teams to ensure outstanding service 24/7.
COMMENCEMENT/Continual Supervision... You have our word on following through to be sure every day your facility/restaurant is properly cleaned holding our crews accountable to meet high standards and exceed all your expectations. Weekly & monthly follow up meetings are held to review our performance and receive your feedback.

Control de calidad
El control de calidad in situ será supervisado y monitoreado por los supervisores. Las inspecciones y el seguimiento periódicos del personal de limpieza permitirán a Sapphire abordar con prontitud cualquier problema de calidad.
Seguridad
Sapphire cumple con todas las normas de seguridad de OSHA actuales y tiene un comité de seguridad interno que se reúne para fomentar un entorno de trabajo seguro.
Libre de drogas
Mantenemos un lugar de trabajo libre de drogas y promovemos la salud y la seguridad en nuestro entorno.
Hoja de datos de seguridad
Todos los edificios recibirán un folleto SDS que describe todos los productos químicos utilizados en ese lugar de trabajo según los requisitos de OSHA.
Uniformes
Todos los conserjes deberán usar uniforme en el lugar de trabajo. Se les entregará una credencial con su nombre y una identificación.
E-Verificado
Sapphire está registrado y aprobado por E-Verify para la verificación de elegibilidad de los empleados.
