This is how it works!
TRANSITION/Prior to Service... We understand the process and will help to make the transition smooth and hassle free. We will perform a final walk through of your facility to include the management, supervisors, and crew members in order to review all specifics on your scope of work.
INCEPTION/Crews in Action... From the moment our skilled crews move into action, our Supervisors will oversee the cleaning process to ensure all your specific requests are addressed. We have set in place an internal corporate structure, from thoroughly trained crew members on proper cleaning techniques, to strong management & skilled supervisors who guide & direct our teams to ensure outstanding service 24/7.
COMMENCEMENT/Continual Supervision... You have our word on following through to be sure every day your facility/restaurant is properly cleaned holding our crews accountable to meet high standards and exceed all your expectations. Weekly & monthly follow up meetings are held to review our performance and receive your feedback.

Drug Free
We maintain a drug-free workplace and promote health and safety in our environment.
SDS
All buildings will receive an SDS booklet outlining all the chemicals used on that job site per OSHA requirements.
Uniforms
All custodians will be required to wear uniforms while on the job site. Name and ID badges will be provided to every custodian.
E-Verified
Sapphire is enrolled and approved by E-Verify for employee eligibility verificaton.
